About the author:

International Karatedo Goju-ryu Izumibukai, Soke III. Born in 1945 as the second son of the first Soke, Kanki Izumigawa. The first generation was the first Goju-ryu karate master to move from Okinawa, the birthplace of karate, to the mainland, and inherited the techniques of ancient traditions. In addition, by learning the Daito-ryu Okuden technique from Keisetsu Yoshimaru, who was a high-ranking younger brother of Daito-ryu Aiki Jiu-jitsu and Yukiyoshi Sagawa, and unraveling the technique hidden in Koden-goju-ryu, "Kakie 163 hands".
