Review of "Karate no Aiki & Aiki no Karate" : book by Katsuya Izumikawa

Since the book is totally in Japanese, which I knew it would be, I had to go by just viewing the pictures. Fortunately, I also purchased the DVD [same name} which helped me understand the action. As a student of JKA karate, I found the drills interesting but not practical to what I am use to in JKA Shotokan. It is an interest for my collection of aikido mixed with karate. I gave the book a 3 rating as it did not show photos of the fine skills that makes everything work.
